I am an Associate Professor in Finance at Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU), Carmona College of Business, and Associate Professor of Finance (on leave) at San Diego State University.

• Structural Models of Credit Risk and the Firm

• Capital Structure Theory

• Derivative Pricing

These subjects analyze default decisions by corporations and how the market evaluates the credibility of the firms.
